Improved visibility of role permissions

Overview

Previously, users have reported a Document Type access issue for DMS users where the underlying problem was that the role in question had access to the Document Type but not the structure it was in.

A change has been made, making it clearer to DMS SysAdmin Users/Support where this is occurring.  The role is shown in red, and there is a Tooltip which shows the message
“This role does not have access to this Document Type’s Document Structure. These permissions will have no effect until permission to the Document Structure is granted.“
