Creating a virtual organisation

Overview

This article shows how to add a virtual organisation.

Perspective

Log into Platform and change to the Platform - Manage Organisation Contacts perspective.

Open

Adding the contact

From the Contacts screen, select Add Contact.

Open

Enter the email address.

Then select Create.

1. Select Create Only.

2. Select Organisation.

3. Enter the details of the organisation.

4. Click Create.

You will then see a message;

Viewing the contact

When searching for the organisation, ensure you tick Virtual Contacts.
