Validating your team's compliance items

Dependent on the type of work your staff are doing they may have to upload documentation to satisfy their compliance requirements. The organisation who the staff work for can validate the compliance information uploaded by their workers. Below are the steps to follow once you have logged in with the email that registered the organisation

Log into safety and select Compliance Validation.

You will then see a list of compliance items that your team has uploaded.

Open

When you click on the hyperlink to the Compliance Item you will be able to see the document that they have uploaded

You can click Approve if is correct. If you click Reject then you must supply a reason for the rejection.
