Overview

The app allows users to record activities that they performed onsite. It allows them to capture text and images. This information is synced to the web portal and is available to view by staff and customers, dependent on the access permissions set on the actions.

Speech-to-text conversion

Wherever there is a field for you to type in information, you can use Speech to Text to record the details of your activity.

When you press the mic icon, you can speak, and the app will convert your speech to text.

Annotate your pictures

Whenever you take a photo in the app, you will have the opportunity to annotate it.

  1. Undo on your last annotation.

  2. Clear all annotations.

  3. Rotate image

  4. Change the thickness of the annotation line.

  5. Change the colour of the annotation.

Cameras - Arm

Not available

This activity is only present on sites where there are cameras. When used it will arm the cameras so they will be capturing events from site

Cameras - Disarm

Not available

This activity is only present on sites where there are cameras. When used it will disarm cameras onsite

Check In

 

 

This activity is used to record your arrival onsite. When you select this action you can then choose the type of check-in

 

 

Check Out

 

This activity is used to record when you left the site.

Note: Dependent on your settings you may get automatically checked out of site when you move away from it.

Customer update

 

You can use this activity to record some information that you want to inform the customer about. Thease activities are visible, to the customer, in the Onsite Eye portal provided that you have selected the Customer can view the activity.

You can also use any Tags and Autocomplete Notes

 

 

Site - Geocode Site

 

Allows a user permission to update a project/site's geolocation (coordinates) based on their current location, using the Onsite Eye Mobile App.

Activity to record something you have done onsite.

Notice action required

 

Activity to record that action is required onsite.

If you choose to email the notice action required

Notice FYI

 

Activity to record some information for your own information. This activity can then be emailed.


Notice rectify

 

Activity to record that something onsite needs rectification. This activity can be emailed.

 

Quality Inspection

 

Activity to record a quality inspection was perfromed. Note this is not currently linked to Onsite Inspect.

Safety Identity check

 

This activity is used to scan the QR code on a person My Identity page in the app to see infomation about them such as safety compliance and tasks.

 

Safety - Inspection

 

Activity to record a safety inspection was perfromed.

Safety induction to builder

 

Activity to record that the contact has received an induction to the licensee.

Safey induction to site

 

Activity to record that the contact has received an induction to the site they are on.

Safety report incident

 

Activity to report an Onsite Safety incident. This is recorded in Onsite Safety on the projects Incident accordion.

Site - QR-Sign Allocated to Site

 

 

Site - QR-Sign Unallocated from Site

 

Activity to unallocate a site sign. Note you will not be able to reallocate the site sign for 24 hours.

Site - Geocode Site

 

Activity to record the site geocode values.

Task Delivery Complete

 

Activity to record a Task’s delivery has been completed.

Task Delivery Started

 

Activity to record a Task’s delivery has been started.

Task -Work Complete

 

Activity to record a Task’s work has been completed.
