Creating an item

When you click on the Add Item button the following screen is displayed.
Item | Description |
|---|---|
Name | Name of the job. |
Description | A brief description of the job |
Frequency | How often the job should be performed. Click on the drop-down selector to see the options;
The app will schedule and reschedule the jobs automatically based on the frequency that you set. |
Category | Pick a category for the items. Click on the drop-down selector to see the options.

Nature | Pick the nature of the job. Click on the drop-down selector to see the options;

Location | Pick the location of the job. Click on the drop-down selector to see the options |
Importance | Pick the importance rating for this job. |
Difficulty | Pick the difficulty rating for the job. |
Instructions | Enter the instructions for performing the job. |
Motivational message | Enter a motivational message to encourage the app user to perform the job. |
Assets | Choose the assets that are required to perform the job. Click in the field and a list of the defined assets will be displayed and you can pick the ones required. |
Consumables | Choose the consumables that are required to perform the job. Click in the field and a list of the defined consumables will be displayed and you can pick the ones required. |
Is Snoozable | If ticked this means the job can be snoozed. When snoozing a job the app user can choose how long he wants to snooze the job for. |
Is Dismissable | If ticked this means the user can decide not to do the job and dismiss it. |
Is Multiday | If ticked this means that the job can be performed on different days. |
Is Weekend Only | If ticked this means the job should only be done at the weekend. |
Is Recurring. | If ticked this means at the job will recur at regular intervals |
Can Reschedule | If ticked this means the app user can reschedule the job. |
