DMS - Contacts

In the Contacts section, you can search for the various people/organisations that have registered to use the DMS.

Below you can see an example of a contact.

In the Connections section, you can see they have been given a Contact Role ADMS - External - Plan Access. This is used to control what they can access within the DMS.

If we look at the role ADMS - External - Plan Access we see;

From the above, we can see that they have access to the Document Structure called House Type Facades PDF, but the only thing that they can do with those documents is View them.
