Performing Databuild Sales Pricing Integration
Integration Legend
The integration legend details all the information that is required to make changes on the Review Sales Pricing tab.
Calculations Formula
The Review Sales Pricing tab contains a variety of formulas for each table cell. The following legend describes each formula.
Colour Coding
The Review Sales Pricing tab is colour coded. The following legend details each colour code.
Performing Integration - Wizard
In Framework Integration:
- From the File menu, select Open. The Select Location of Ini File dialog will be displayed.
- Select the location of the .ini file.
- Click the Open button. The Sales Pricing Integration Welcome screen will be displayed.
- Click Databuild.
- Click the Next button. The Data Source Names dialog will be displayed.
- Enter the required settings.
- Click the Next button. The Framework Variation Price Book step will be displayed.
- From the Context drop-down list, select the required context.
- From the Variation Price Book Version list, select the required VPB.
- If updating a particular section, from the Select Section(s) to Update drop-down select the required section.
- Tick the Include Sub Sections? tickbox if including the sub-sections of a VPB section.
- Tick the Include Sub Sections? tickbox if including the sub-sections of a VPB section.
- Click the Next button. The Review Sales Pricing (Review Sales Pricing tab) step will be displayed.
- The VPB and new price data will be loaded for review.
Tip: Click the Save Session button to save your current changes. - Click the Filter Options tab, if required.
Note: The Filter Options tab allows users to filter the contents of the Review Sales Pricing tab.
- Click the Legend tab, if required.
- Click the Next button. The Process step will be displayed.
- Click the Next button. The Email step will be displayed.
OR
Click the Save the integration session for later review followed by the Next button.
- Enter the email details.
- Click the Next button. The integration will be performed and the Integration Log file will be displayed at the conclusion.
- Review the contents of the Integration Log file.
- Click the Finish button.
