The Web Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) screen is used to manage the web portal's frequently asked questions and answers. FAQs are common questions that clients may ask on a regular basis. These common questions can be added to the website which clients can then refer to for answers without the need to contact the organisation.


Procedures

Adding A Frequently Asked Question

  1. Click New. The Frequently Asked Question dialog will be displayed.
  2. Enter the details.
  3. Click OK. The dialog will close and the frequently asked question will be created.
