Programme Analysis

The Programme Analysis screen is used to manage and input activities that will be used for logistics forecasting.

Slot Numbers

  • Slot # 1 – 69: Reserved for pre-determined system links. These links are used for:
    • Nominating the activities used in labour reporting
    • Custom database triggers and updates
    • Analysis links for specific purpose reporting
  • Slot # 70 - 99: These analysis links determine the activities summarised on Framework ECM's Construction Overview screen.

Analysis slots do not need to be unique, and multiple slots can refer to the same activities.

Procedures

Adding An Activity To A Template Programme

The template programme creates analysis links that are used for triggers and reporting. Adding an activity to a slot creates a link between the information provided for that activity in a job, and a reports or a programme trigger.

  1. From the Programme drop-down list, select the required logistics programme.
  2. Select the required slot number for the activity.
  3. Click Edit. The Analysis Item dialog will be displayed.
  4. Click OK. The dialog will close.

Updating Jobs

Once the changes to the programme analysis are finalised for a programme it may be necessary to roll the changes out to the jobs where the programme has been allocated. This is achieved by using the Update Jobs button.

  1. From the Programme drop-down list, select the required logistics programme.
  2. Click Update Jobs. The Update Construction Logistics Analysis Programme confirmation prompt will appear.
  3. Click Yes to update jobs.
