Context Bar

The context bar, located at the top of the screen beneath the toolbar icons and above the sidebar and main window, displays basic information about the current client or job.

Client And Contact Management Context Bar

Cycling through Clients

Selecting the  icon will load the next most recently accessed Job.

Cycling through Contacts & Numbers

Selecting the  icon next to Contact: will display the next Contact associated with the Client. 

Using the icon next to the Contact Number field will cycle through any of the different number records, including After Hours, Email, Mobile etc.

Production Management Context Bar

Selecting the  icon will load the next most recently accessed Job.

Launching an Email 

When an Email address is available, the Email  icon is displayed, which will launch an email.

There are two Email Methods for sending emails:

• Launching an email directly in Outlook
• Using the Framework Gateway.

For both options, a Comment will be created against the job, either recording the launch of the email, or the details of the Framework communication.
