Toolbar Icons

Toolbar icons are a collection of commonly used commands, often linked to the most frequented screens in Framework ECM. These icons are grouped together near the top of the screen resting underneath the menu system and above the context bar.

The following image contains the default toolbar icons for the Production Management module. Each Framework ECM module will differ slightly from the following menu.

Hovering your mouse pointer over a toolbar icon will display a tooltip.

	Icon	Description
Framework Explorer		Opens Framework Explorer.
Select		Select a job. Opens the Select Job dialog.
Search		Search for a job. Opens the Search dialog.
Reports		Opens the Reports screen.
Print		Opens the Reports dialog.
Print Preview		Opens the Reports dialog.
Cut		Cut the selected text.
Copy		Copy the selected text.
Paste		Paste the selected text.
Go Back		Returns to the previously viewed screen. Note : Does not go back to the previously viewed Client/Job.
Refresh Data		Click to refresh the on-screen data
Help Contents		Opens the user guide.
View Item		Click to view an item.
New Item		Click to create a new item.
Edit Item		Click to edit an item.
Delete Item		Click to delete an item.
Set Primary		Click to set a list item as the primary item.
Spelling		Click to perform a spell check.
