Checklist Template
Once the Checklist Items are created and defined, they are grouped together into a Checklist Template. This is what will be allocated and used.
Procedures
Creating A Checklist Template Group
- From the Groups list, select a Checklist Template Group.
Click New. Select Yes to add the group as a subgroup of your selection, or No to create it at the same level.The Group dialog will be displayed.
- Enter the details.
- Click OK. The dialog will close and a new group will be created.
Creating A Checklist Template
- From the Groups list, select a checklist management group. The Items list will be updated.
- Click New. The General tab of the Checklist Template dialog will be displayed.
On the General tab, enter required details.
- Select the Structure tab.
- Select the Group panel.
- In the Toolbar, select the New Item button. The Checklist Template Group dialog will be displayed.
- Enter the details.
- Select The Items panel.
- In the Toolbar, select the New Item button. The Select Checklist Item dialog will be displayed.
- From the list, select the Item to be included in the template. Repeat until all required are selected.
- Click OK. The dialog will close and a Checklist Template will be created.
The Copy button can be used to create a new duplicate Template. From the Template list select the record to be copied followed by the Copy button.
