Changing CC Emails - Framework Integration
The below guide can be used to change/modify the email addresses that the nightly integration log is sent to.
Step-by-step guide
- Navigate to the network location that the integration profiles are kept, this is usually a directory similar to the below:
X:\Framework\Data
- Your profiles (.ini files - configuration files), will look similar to the below, based on what integration modules you have:
- Double click on the profile you would like to update, and you will see a section called 'mail configuration'. This is where you will need to alter the mail recipients.
- Take the email highlighted above as an example, if I wanted to change this to another person, I would just update the email address, and leave the semicolon separating the two emails (or however many emails you have). Likewise, if you want to remove the email completely, just take out the email altogether.
Examples
Updating email address
Adjust a previous persons email to the desired email. It was enterrecipientemail, and now has been updated to the Framework Support address.
Removing an email address completely
Remove the semicolon, and the email address
Adding an email address
Separate new email addresses with a semicolon after the last email address
Once you are done, hit file → save,
These changes will then be in place for any scheduled integrations, based on the profiles that you have altered.
