Synchronising Static Data in SAM

Recommendation: Ensure all users have exit from Sales Advice (SAM) before performing Synchronisations

When making changes in Framework ECM such as Sales Locations, Municipality, etc, you must ensure a Synchronise is performed in Sales Advice in order for the changes to be available for SAM users.

Note: The changes made in the Administration Module will not appear in SAM unless this is carried out. 



Open the Sales Advice Module:

  1. Click on File and then LAN Sync.

  2. Click on the VPB tab.

  3. Click on the 'Update' button next to the 'Static Data' field

  4. Click Close.
