Licensing
The Licensing screen displays the licence sessions available and in use.
Access to this screen should only be permitted for System Administrators.
Sessions are only listed for a Licence if they are limited. Where the count for a Licence is Unlimited, the sessions are not displayed.
Session Information
The Session records display details of its use:
Column | Description |

# | Number of the Session for the selected Licence |
Session | A session ID is allocated when the session is secured for a user |
User Name | The logged in User and the Region/Division |
Date | Date the session was secured for a user |
Time | Time the session was secured for a user |
Active | If the user is still logged in, there is a tick (). If the user has logged out, but was still the last to use the session, there is a cross (). |
Region | The Region/Division allowed for the session. |
Once a user has secured one of the sessions, it is held while they are actively logged in, regardless of whether they are still in the area of the software requiring the Licence.
To release the Licence Session, the user must log out.
Allocating by Region/Division
The available sessions can be allocated to specific Region/Divisions. This is particularly useful for Franchises.
To specify the Region/Division;
Select the Licence and Session
Click Edit
From the Licence Region/Division dialog dropdown list, select the relevant Region/Division.
Select OK.
