Security Permission

The Security Permission screen is used to modify all security permissions for every module, menu, function, and field for each user and user group within Framework ECM.

Modifying Permission Levels

1. From the Permission Level list, select the required permission level.

2. From the Permission Groups list, select the required permission group. The Permissions list will be updated.

3. From the Permissions list, select the required function or field.

4. Click Edit. The screen changes to Edit mode. 

5. From the Permission Settings list, select the required permission setting.

6. Click the Toggle button until the required setting is displayed. 
   OR 
   Double-click the required item until the required setting is displayed.

7. Click OK. The changes are saved and the screen changes to View mode.
