Return to Client Relationship Management
The MyNewHome screen provides an interface between Framework ECM and the client web access (Framework MyNewHome Portal).

The four main tabs include: 

  • Accounts Tab

  • Audit Tab

  • Website Tab

  • Update (All Clients) Tab

Accounts Tab

The Accounts tab allows for the management of client web users. Clients entered here will have access to the Framework MyNewHome Portal.

Procedures

Creating A Web Portal User

  1. Click New. The Web User dialog will be displayed.

  2. Enter the details.

  3. Click OK. The dialog will close and a web user will be created.

Log On To The MyNewHome Website

  1. Click the Log On button. The MyNewHome website will be displayed.


Update (All Clients) Tab

Selecting A Contact

  1. From either list, select the client to display in the context bar.

  2. Click Select. The context bar will be updated with the selected client's details.

Updating A Client

  1. From the MyNewHome Client Updates list, select a client to update.

  2. Click Edit. The Update Client dialog will be displayed.

  3. Modify the details.

  4. Click Update. A confirmation prompt will appear.

  5. Click Yes. The confirmation prompt and the dialog will close and the modified client details will be updated.

Updating A Contact

  1. From the MyNewHome Entity Updates list, select a client to update.

  2. Click Edit. The Update Contact dialog will be displayed.\

  3. Modify the details.

  4. Click Update. A confirmation prompt will appear.

  5. Click Yes. The confirmation prompt and the dialog will close and the modified contact details will be updated.
