In TFS Administration you can create HTML email newsletter templates.

You can use SmartCampaign to target specific groups of entities that you have within TFS such as;

A record of the email that is sent is made in the Client / Marketing screen;

The reference number can be used to tie the newsletter to a specific application. You can run a Return on Investment report in TFS SmartCampaign.
