The Alerts screen displays a list of alerts for a particular broker.

An alert is a popup message that will be displayed on screen when a particular client is accessed. Whether or not a user is able to see an alert depends on the criteria used to set it up.


  • From the CRM menu, select Alerts.
  • From the sidebar, select CRM then Alerts.
  • Press F6.
  • Click the Alerts toolbar icon ( ).



  1. Press the New button. The Alert dialog will be displayed.
    • From the CRM menu, select New Alert.
    • Press Ctrl + F6.



  2. Enter the alert details
  3. Click the OK button.
