The Organisation screens are used to manage the structure of the business, including regions, divisions, teams, locations, and departments.

The Enterprise screen manages the overall business entity, such as the enterprise name.
The Division screen manages the divisions within the overall enterprise.
At least one division is required per enterprise. |
The Region screen manages the regions covered by the enterprise. A region may cover a small area, such as a suburb, an intermediate area, such as the southern metropolitan region, or a large area, such as a state.

The Sale Type screen manages the sale types used by the enterprise. Typically these indicate whether the enterprise or client provides the land for the house.
Example Display, House & Land, Land Sale Only, Order Homes, Spec Homes, Split Contract, etc. |
The Region/Division screen manages the combinations which represent individual business units.
Example Acme Homes Melbourne, Acme Homes Regional, Acme Townhouses, etc. |
The Region/Division Team screen manages the construction teams that work within a region/division. Teams are linked to a construction manager.
The Region/Division Sale Type screen manages the sale types available within a region/division.
The Sale Location screen manages the location of sales or point of sale offices.
The Department screen manages the departments within an enterprise.
