The Template Claim Programme screen manages construction claim templates for claims applied on the Construction Claims screen. The templates set out the stages at which a progress claim can be made and the percentages of the contract amount that can be invoiced at each stage.


To add a new Template Claim Programme

Click on the Framework Explorer icon and select the Administration option.

Select Production in the sidebar, then Claim Pgm.

Click New.

Add the Name of the template, the Reference and Region/Division the template applies to.

Click OK.


Click on the Claims section and select New.

The Construction Template Claim dialog will be displayed, update each field as required by entering relevant details.

Click OK.

Note: Repeat this step for each claim stage.

Check the Template Claim Programmes total 100%


To UPDATE an existing Template Claim Programme

Click on the Framework Explorer icon and select the Administration option.

Select Production in the sidebar, then Claim Pgm.

Choose the relevant Template Claim Programme to be updated.

Select the Claim Item that needs to be updated and click Edit

Note: The Construction Template Claim dialog will be displayed, update the field/s as required.

Click OK.

Note: Repeat this step as required.

Check the Template Claim Programmes total 100%
