The Gallery screen manages images that are associated with a specific job. It can be used to list image files relating to pre-site, construction, or post-site activities.

Images can also be linked through to Framework MyNewHome.

Double-clicking an image displayed in the Preview area will open the Image dialog.

Note: Images are stored in the Framework ECM database. Moving or removing the image from the location on the network will not affect Framework ECM.

Procedures

Adding An Image

Click New. The General tab of the Gallery Image dialog will be displayed.
Enter the details.
Select the Thumbnail tab.
Select a thumbnail image.
Select the Image tab.
Select an image.
Click OK. The dialog will close and an image will be added.

Saving An Image

Click Save as Image. A dialog will be displayed.
Enter the details.
Select the Thumbnail tab.
Select a thumbnail image.
Select the Image tab.
Select an image.
Click OK. The dialog will close and an image will be added.

The General tab is used to enter basic information about the gallery image, such as the name and category.

Name given to the gallery image.

Gallery Image Dialog - Thumbnail Tab

The Thumbnail tab is used to insert a thumbnail image against the gallery item. A thumbnail image is a reduced-size version of pictures.

Thumbnail Image

Displays the thumbnail image recorded against the gallery item.
