Adding Entities against an Entity Role

  1. Open Framework
  2. Browse to the Administration Module


  3. Navigate to Entity>Entity and select the entity role you wish to add to. (Issuing Authority is just an example.)




  4. Click in the right hand pane under Entities to select that area of the screen and click New and then click Yes or No, depending on whether this is a new entity or one already established in Framework.



  5. Fill out any relevant information here, and click OK.





  6. You will be asked if you are sure you want to add this entity against the selected entity role. If all information is correct, click OK.




Updating/Removing Entities against an Entity Role and Popup Lists

  1. Select the Entity Role you would like to update
  2. Highlight the Entity you would like to update and click the edit button


  3. Select the Roles Tab


  4. Select the Role you would like to update and click on the edit icon


  5. Update the To Date to Today's Date and the Inactive? Field to Yes. This remove the entity from the Framework Popup list.
