The View Membership screen allows for the allocation of reports to areas of Framework ECM. It is possible to assign reports to specific modules.


Procedures

Creating A View Membership

  1. Click New. The Report View Membership dialog will be displayed.
  2. Enter the details.
  3. Click OK. The dialog will close and a new report view membership will be created.

Report View Membership Dialog

This dialog is used to manage the screens on which a report will be accessible using context sensitive reporting.

Example: Clicking  (on the toolbar) from the Tender Document screen will display a list of tender document related reports. The screens that a report is accessible via is setup using this dialog.

Description

View

Framework ECM screen on which the report will be accessible. Click the View popup button to select.

Category

Report category to which the report belongs. Click the Category popup button to select.

Report

Report allocated to the view. Click the Report popup button to select.

Order

Order in which the report will appear in the Reports list on the View Membership screen.
