The Financial Account Templates screen allows the design of default labels to populate the Financial Account dialog in TFS.

  • From the Administration menu, select Templates then Financial Account Templates.
  • From the sidebar, select Templates then Fin. Acct Tpl.

  1. Click the New button. The Financial Account Template dialog will be displayed.



  2. Enter a name.
  3. Click the Short Name Copy button () if the short name is to be the same as the name.
    OR
    Enter a short name.
  4. Enter label descriptions. 
  5. Click the OK button. The Finance Account Template dialog will close.

 The label descriptions will form the Item column (column B) of the Finance Accounts dialog within TFS. See image below.
