The Client Quotes screen is used to display quotes for a client. The Client Quotes screen also allows brokers to import, convert, and copy quotes.

Accessing the Client Quotes Screen - Click here to expand...
- From the Client menu, select Quotes.
- From the sidebar, select Client then Quotes.
Importing a Quote - Click here to expand...
Quotes can be imported from another client.
- Click the Import button. The Search dialog will be displayed.
Enter the search criteria (see Application Search).
- Highlight a quote from the Search Results list.
- Click the Select button. The quote will be added to the current list of quotations.
- The Application Search dialog will close, and the Calculations dialog will be displayed.

Quotes can be converted into an application. Once converted, a quote will be removed from the quotations list and a new application will be created with The Finance Shop using the quote details and assigning the next available Application Number.
- Select a quote from the Client Quotes list.
- Click the Convert button. A Convert Quote to Application prompt will appear.
- Click the Yes button to convert the quote into an application.

Click the No button to cancel the process.

Quotes can be copied. Copied quotes allow users to view multiple variations of a possible deal (e.g., repayments over different time periods or repayments with varying residuals). After the quote is copied, the Quick Calculator dialog will be displayed. Surplus quotes can then be deleted.
- Select a quote from the Client Quotes list.
- Click the Copy button. The quote is copied. The Quick Calculator dialog will be displayed.
- Modify the current quote details.
- Click the OK button. The copied quote appears in the Client Quotes list.
