The Trading Names screen is used to enter any trading names associated with a client.

 Opening the Trading Names Screen - Click here to expand...
  • From the Client menu, select Trading Names.
  • From the sidebar, select Client then Trade Names.

  1. Click the New button. The Trading Name dialog will be displayed.



  2. Enter the trading name details.
  3. Click the Short Name Copy button () if the short name is to be the same as the name.
    OR
    Enter a short name.
  4. Click the OK button.


the Primary Trading Name was entered on the Client Overview screen, the Trading Name dialog below will be partially complete.
