TFS 13 introduced the ability to email clients and contacts directly from within TFS. The functionality detailed here relates to TFS 13 or higher
The Client Overview screen has 4 areas that you can instigate an email from;
- Name - This will initiate an email to client email defined in the Email field in the bottom section of the screen.
- Email - This will initiate an email to the client email address.
- Trust - This will initiate an email to the Trust entity email address.
- Foreign Body - This will initiate an email to the Foreign Body.
All comments are made against the client entity.
