Overview
Eros 2023.4 provided a new way to “onboard“ suppliers to Onsite Safety.
The process has three stages.
Inviting.
Registering.
Approval.
New roles
The following roles have been added;
Role | Description |

Users with this role have access to the new Onboarding menu option and can perform onboarding functions. Not Safety System Administrators do not need this role. | |
Users with this role can approve onboarding requests. |

When you have invited someone to onboard, they will receive an email asking them to register.
