PLATFORM RESOURCE CENTRE


To access this functionality you will need to be in the Platform - Manage Organisation Contacts perspective.

In the Platform appliance, you can create all of the specific roles that you want to assigned as the Cause of an item and the roles that will be responsible to Rectify the item.


When you click on Add Contact Role, the following screen is displayed.

  1. Add the Role Name.

  2. Select the type of contact the role can be applied to.

  3. Optionally you can tick the box to say that the user will receive an email asking them to accept the role.

  4. Click Save.
