The functionality of inductions has been enhanced providing two new pieces of functionality.

Text Answers
It is now possible to ask questions in an induction where the person doing the induction can provide their own answer.
You must not mix Text answers and option answers within the same question.
Assigning Roles to Inductions
Control over assigning inductions has been enhanced. On each induction, you can now assign the Contact Roles that need to complete the induction.
Creating roles
Refer to this article on how to create roles for compliance and inductions.
Induction Allocation
As soon as you assign a role to a contact any inductions that are linked to the role will be assigned. They will see them in the Activities > Inductions screen.
Allocating Inductions to staff that already have the role
If you want to allocate the inductions to all contacts that have the role you can use the Create Inductions option. This will create inductions for all contacts that have the role.
