Option Administration > Response Groups
To access this menu, you need to change your perspective to Onsite Inspect - Data Administrator.
Response Groups allow you to define custom responses to meet your requirements for structured inspections.
When you click on the Add Response Group button, the following screen is displayed;
Initially, the only Response Type is Multiple Choice - One Response. Also, you cannot at present change the Minimum and Maximum Selections.
When you click Save, you will see your new Response Group.
You now add the responses that will be available to the user by clicking on the Add Response Item.
A response can either be Satisfactory or not. If you check the Satisfactory box, the response is Satisfactory. If you do not tick it, the response is Unsatisfactory.
You can add as many response items as you require.
You should keep the labels as succinct as possible if using the response group on the mobile version.
