There are two options available to make searching for documents easier;
Gallery Pages
To make searching for documents quicker, for every Document Structure that you can view, a tile is created on the DMS main screen.
When you select one of the tiles, you are presented with a screen that shows you all of the Document Types associated with the structure and a Find Documents section to enter specific search criteria.
In the example below, a search has been done for Contracts for Henderson.
You can refine your searches using Tags, Document Status, Active and Archived documents.
Object Listings
The Object Listings tiles have to be set up specifically for individual licensee’s.
They provide access to dynamic content, which is updated each day via integration. For example, salespeople can be given easy access to specific projects that are available for them to sell.
Below is an example of a specific type of sales package.
When the user clicks on one of the document links
They are then taken to a Document Browse screen where the Related Object Type and the Related Object are preselected.
