When you have selected a document that you want to work with you will have several options available to you;
Below is a description of the available actions
Edit
When you select Edit you can change the following areas;
Upload a new version of the document.
Change the Status of the document.
Change the Instance Name.
Edit the Internal Reference.
Add Tags.
Add Notes.
Delete
Deletes the document. You cannot delete the document if it has any links to eSign. You will receive a message if it has.
Versions
When you click on Versions you are shown the version history of the document.
If you hover over a version you get 2 additional options
Preview.
Download.
Reverting a document
If you want to make one of the previous versions the current one you can click on the revert option on the right-hand side.

When you click on Preview you will be shown the document.
Download
When you click on Download the document will be downloaded.
Checking Out a document
If Check out is enabled for your portal you will see a new option on the Document screen.
When you select Check Out you will see a message;
The action buttons will change to show;
If you click Undo Check Out the following message is displayed;
The path to where the document has been downloaded is shown in the General Details accordion
You can use the Copy Path option to get the location and copy that to Explorer to be able to access the document.
Checking In the document
When you have finished making the changes you can check the document back in. When you click on Check In you will see the following message;
When you click Continue you can then enter the reason you have changed the document.
This will create a new version of the document.
