When you are in the Gateway - System Administrator perspective you will see the Survey Response Templates option. This allows you to configure the responses that you want to collect in your surveys. There are two types of response types that you can configure;
Rating Scale - NPS. Net Promoter Score (NPS) is the percentage of customers rating their likelihood to recommend a company, a product, or a service to a friend or colleague.
Open Ended - Text-based answer. The user can enter their own answer.
Adding a Response Template
Below is an example of an NPS response template to determine how satisfied the customer is.
Select the answer type.
Give it a meaningful name that clearly states what the responses are.
Give it a meaningful description.
Determine whether they have to make a response and whether they can make multiple responses. 0 Indicates that answers are optional.
Click Save.
