The contacts area shows all of the people and organisations that have been added to the portal. If you have Framework the contacts will be created via integration. Contacts can also be added manually. In the example below we can see an organisation has registered on the platform.
As the platform licensee I go to Contacts > Contacts > Add Contact. I then search for the contact
I then add the required connections to the contact.
The contact will receive an email for each role that requires them to accept it.
