1. Log into FWARM and select “Register” from the two options on the Home page:
   
   
   
2. Select the “Data Conversion Data Grooming Register” Workbook and “Data Conversion Data Grooming Register“ worksheet as per the below two screen shots.  Then hit the Refresh button.
   
   
   
   
   
3. A list of all the converted jobs will appear
   
   
   
4. Start entering the data for the selected jobs in the fields listed.  Any field shaded yellow (i.e. job number) is just shown on the Register for information purposes and cannot be edited/updated.

Once the data entry has been completed for the jobs, run the update Work Flow stage database tool in Framework. 

1. From the File menu, select "Database Tools".

2. Select "Update Workflow Stage" from the left and on the right, click on the arrow next to "Apply To" and select "All Jobs".  Click "Start" to apply the update

The following reports can then be run to confirm that all jobs are sitting in their correct Work Flow stage:
