The Delays tab displays all of the possible working days for a construction period and allows for contract or progress delays to be assigned to specific days. It also allows for comments to be added from a supervisor or operator.

Procedures
Adding A Delay
- From the Progress Period drop-down list, select a progress period.
Depending on the type of delay being assigned, click the Contract or Progress button.

Warning - A contract delay may impact on the anticipated completion date.
- A building contract may require that a client be notified of the delay.- From the Delay Class list, select a class.
- From the Delay Reason list, select a reason.
- Click on the day that requires the delay to be assigned. The day will be highlighted in yellow.
Click to copy the delay to the relevant day.
Tip: ToTip To remove a delay, highlight the delay and click
- Click OK to confirm the date.
