Logging in for the first time

When you have installed the app you will need to log in using the email and password that you set up when you registered for Onsite Inspect.

If you cannot remember your password you can press the Reset Password option underneath the login button.

Note

When you click Login the app will ask you for several permissions. It is very important that you allow the permissions as the app may encounter issues without them.

When logged in you should see your property displayed.

  1. Access the settings area.

  2. The dot indicates that this project has not been viewed.

  3. Your property.

  4. The number of inspections that are available to you.

  5. Information on the project.

  6. Data update status shows when the information from your app was last synchronised to the web portal.

Note

Before you exit the app after making changes it is important that you check that the updated time is recent as data will not be uploaded if the app is not in operation.
