1. Open Framework
2. Browse to the Administration Module

3. Navigate to Entity>Entity and select the entity role you wish to add to . (Issuing Authority - Body Corporate is just an example.)

4. Click in the right hand pane under Entities to select that area of the screen and click New and then click Yes or No, depending on whether this is a new entity or one already established in Framework.

   Yes will create an entirely new entity.
   No will open a search dialog to search for entities that may exist under other entity roles.
   
   
5. Select the entity type designation, e.g. corporation.

6. Fill out any relevant information here, and click OK.

   E.g. Company name, ABN, address and contact details.
   
   
7. You will be asked if you are sure you want to add this entity against the selected entity role. If all information is correct, click OK.

8. The new entity will now be found under the Body Corporate (or chosen) entity role.

Updating Entities against an Entity Role and Popup Lists

1. Select the Entity Role you would like to update
2. Highlight the Entity you would like to update and click the edit button

3. Select the Roles Tab

4. Select the Role you would like to update and click on the edit icon

5. Update the To Date to Today's Date and the Inactive? Field to Yes. This remove the entity from the Framework Popup list.

6. If adding a new role, press the + button, then select the region/division this role should apply to, then press OK.
