The Select Job screen allows users to search for a client or job using multiple search criteria. The Search Results list displays the results of a search.

Search Group

Searching can be performed on all or part of the entered criteria.

The following fields are able to be used to filter the results of the job search.

Field

Description

Lot Number

Lot number of the house.

Street Number

Street number of the house.

Street Name

Street name of the house.

Suburb

Name of the suburb the house is located in.

Job Number

Number of the job.

Client

Name of client.

Supervisor

Name of the construction supervisor.

Manager

Name of the construction manager.

House

Type of house.

Select Stage

Current stage of the house. Tap the required stage.

Example: Administration, Construction, Handover, Maintenance.

Tip: Multiple stages can be selected.


Tip

Some users and companies may utilise different fields to classify jobs, e.g. house type, lot #, client etc. Knowledge of this process can be applied to filter and sort results to suit your workflow.

Description

Refresh

Perform a search on criteria entered into the search area of the screen.

Clear

Clear criteria entered into the search area of the screen.

Select Job

Tap to select the currently highlighted job as the selected job. The context bar will be updated.

Search Results List

The results of the search are based on the entered criteria, in order of Site Start, which presents the list in Build Sequence.

Forecast Colours

Colour

Description

Blank

No Site Start or Forecast Site Start has been entered

Forecast

Forecast Site Start has been entered, but is in the past

Forecast

Forecast Site Start has been entered, and is in the future

Actual (Black)

Actual Site Start date has been entered.

When using the default site start filtering, unforecasted dates will appear first, then in order of Site Start from oldest to latest.
