As your DMS grows, you will have 1000s of documents and related to all of your different structures and objects. The Document Search screen allows you to find documents quickly. In the screen below, you can see we have searched using a Keyword Search using the word Brochure.

In total, this search returned 192 documents. You can use the multiple search criteria to bring this number down. In the example below, we have added an additional keyword Aria. When the search is performed we can see significantly fewer results returned;

You can add multiple criteria to restrict the number of items that are returned. Below we have added a tag search criterion AAA. This has returned a single document.

If you do not see the results that you are expecting, check that your spelling is correct and that if you are using multiple criteria, you would actually expect to find a matching document. |
