- Click New. The Linked Files dialog will be displayed.
- Select the Linked File Category
- Enter the details.
- Click OK. The dialog will close and a linked file will be added.

Open DMS
The Open DMS button launches Almirah, presenting the Framework Linked Files page linked to the Job.
Preferences can be set to refresh the DMS Linked Files page when the Job is changed in Framework ECM.
Add to DMS
The Add to DMS button is used to select a Document in the on-premise network to add to the Almirah cloud.
