The Work Order Threshold screen allows you to set up threshold groups to control the values of work orders that staff are allowed to approved.
Where a threshold specified for a user is not met (i.e., it falls outside the bounds of what is automatically approved), an approval request will be issued to the manager.
Applying threshold against a User
In the security module against a User, add the Approval Threshold / Approval Manager fields.
This will set out what the users can approve automatically, and who will receive the approval requests.
