Option - Administration > Tags

Tags are used in when searching for documents in Almirah easier. They allow you to return all documents that have the specified tag attached to it.

You can see both the Document Types and Documents that the Tag is used on.

Merging Tags

From time to to time you may get duplicate tags created. You can use the Merge function to remove the unwanted duplicate tag.

  1. Find the tag you want to keep and choose Merge.

  2. Choose the tag you want to merge into the selected tag.

    A. Search for the tags you want to merge.
    B. Select the required tags.
    C. Click Merge.

  3. Check your selections and click Continue.


    You will see a message similar to the following.
