Editing Profiles

It is now configurable to enable a user who has both of the following roles

- IT System Admin
- Platform manage organisation conacts

for a licensee to edit the contact/user profile of staff (real-contacts) that work for their organisation. This gives licensees a way to maintain staff details for them, such as profile descriptions, positions, profile photos, etc.

These changes are recorded in the Activity Feed for the contact.
You can contract Insula support to have this enabled.

If you cannot edit a contact whom you believe that you should be able to, contact Insula to ensure the email domain of the contact has been added.
