The Follow Up screen displays follow-up items for a particular client. It is used as a reminder for yourself or for other users. It is similar to entering a comment but a date and time can be set for the follow-up to appear. When a follow up is due, the Comment dialog will appear on your screen no matter which client is currently being viewed.
