Select or search for the job to be cancelled (F4 for quick search via job number, F3 for advanced search).

title | Note:Framework also has a Pending Cancellation Status. This is achieved by selecting a cancellation Category without entering a Cancelled date. When moving the status of a job to Cancelled (from Pending) a Cancelled date must be selected. Though it is not necessary to select a cancellation category for cancellation, it does assist in classifying the cancellation for more specific and useful reporting. *Further Note: entering dates into both Cancelled/Deleted fields, will set the job status to Deleted (required when a job is entered into ECM my mistake or is a duplication. This option will not affect your cancellation rate or percentages, keeping your reporting accurate. |

Under the Cancellation group, remove the Cancelled date.
From the Category drop-down list select [Unknown].
Click OK.
