Description

Claim Number

Number of delay claims for the specific job. This field is locked and cannot be edited.

Date

Date the delay claim is raised.

Applicable From

Date of the first delay for this delay claim.

Applicable To

Date of the final delay for this delay claim.

Open Claim

Is the claim open-ended?

  • No (default): The delay claim is not open-ended. TheApplicable To date is the last date required for the delay claim.
  • Yes: The delay claim is open-ended. Further delays will be added to the delay claim at a future date.

Example: A brick supplier who has promised delivery of bricks without giving a firm delivery date.
