A template identifies the number of activities involved in the call forward programme. A template must be applied before any information can be entered for a job new to construction.

Before applying a template, ensure the correct job is displayed in the context bar. |
- Click Template. The Create Call Forward Programme confirmation prompt will appear.
- Click Yes to create a new call forward programme for the selected job. The Select Template Call Forward Programme dialog will appear.
- Select the required call forward programme template.
- Click OK. The dialog will close and the template call forward programme will be applied to the currently selected job, updating the Call Forward Programme list.
